Customer Service/Retail Sales Consultant
Breda Telephone Corporation d/b/a Western Iowa Networks is looking for a full-time Customer Service/Retail Sales Consultant for the Carroll, IA office.
- Assist customers with questions on telephone, cable, Internet, and/or cellular services.
- Respond to customers calling in for new service, changes to existing service, or trouble with service.
- Answer any general questions regarding services and troubleshoot basic customer problems in these fields.
- Assist customers with questions on their billing accounts.
- Program/Reprogram cellular phones and activate customer accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to new customers, existing customers, and potential customers.
- Answer telephones and handle calls promptly
- Serve all customers with problems or questions relating to all services.
- Direct calls and customer questions to appropriate department.
- Serve all customers with problems or questions relating to Phone, Cable, Internet, and/or Cellular.
- Keep abreast of the company’s services provided and related technology in order to provide accurate answers to customers.
- Telemarket for prospective customers
- The work schedule is 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and a rotating schedule for working Saturdays.
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Retail Sales Preferred
- Knowledge of Telecommunications Beneficial
- Cellular Industry Experience Beneficial
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Required
- Experience with Innovative Systems Software a plus
