To qualify for a free add, you must meet these criteria:
- be in one of our cable communities
- ad is for the city (fire dpt & libraries included) and is for council/town hall meeting notices, service outage, town voting etc.
- ad is for a school and is for school meeting schedule, school closure/alternate bus routes.
- ad is for a church and is for their worship schedule only.
- ad is for a public service announcement or for a free event
