
Voice Mail is the perfect option for shared living spaces, busy families
and dial-up connection. Access your Voice Mail from any phone, check your
messages from your email account, get complete website access authorization,
and have one mailbox for several phone numbers. Choose the package that
works best for you. Voicemail is currently only available in Breda and Carroll.
Mailboxes
Each user on a telephone line can have their own voice mailbox
(Silver & Gold packages). PIN access ensures privacy. Great for roommates,
family members and people who work out of their home.
Auto-Login
This feature will allow you quick access to your mailbox
when you are calling from the voice mail phone. You get immediate access
to your Voice Mailbox without being asked to enter a User ID or Password.
Ideal for those that are not concerned with the security features and want
quicker access to their voice mail. Can be turned on/off as desired.
Message Waiting Indication 
Feature activates the stutter dial tone or the message light
on the phone when there are new messages in the mailbox.
Message Reply
If the caller presses the 5 key while the message is playing,
the service will attempt to place a call to the person that left the message
to the number they dialed from. (Local calls only)
Message Forwarding
This feature allows you to forward a message to another
mailbox or distribution list. You can also record an intro message to tag
to the front of the message you are forwarding.
Multiple Greetings 
Allows you to record multiple greetings and select which
greeting is active. You can record a default greeting for regular use and
an "out of office" greeting to use on a temporary basis.
Distribution List
This feature allows you to group different lists of mailboxes.
Example: If you wanted to send a memo out to everyone in your Sales Department,
you can set up a list of people in that department and simply record and
send your message once. It will automatically be sent to everyone you listed
in that distribution group.
E-mail Forwarding
This feature automatically converts your incoming messages
into email. You can then listen to, forward, save or delete your message
directly from your email voicemail box. This is very useful for those who
want to keep their messages longer than the maximum retention and great
for those who work on line and through email. You'll get your messages even
quicker if you're on line with your email program open.
Website Access
This service allows you to access your voice mail service
directly from a website. You can retrieve your messages, save or delete
them and make changes to your service. You will receive a user ID and Password
to ensure complete privacy.
Associated Number
This feature allows multiple phone numbers to share the
same voice mailbox. If a caller attempts to call any of these phone numbers,
that subscriber's one voice mailbox will play it's greeting. This allows
the subscriber to manage only one mailbox for several associated phone numbers.
Send Memo 
This feature allows you to send memo messages to other mailboxes
within your system. The memos are sent directly to the mailboxes without
their phone ringing.
Special Voicemail Feature Packages
Email Only package
This feature automatically forwards your voice mails directly
to your email and deletes them from your voice mailbox. There is no Message
Waiting Indication with this package. All voice mail is accessed, saved
and deleted via your email. This package is great for those users who are
concerned with their mailbox exceeding the capacity limits or want to manage
their voice messages from email only.
Announcement Only
This feature is for those that want to use the service to
deliver an announcement only without giving callers the option to leave
a message. This is useful for schools that want to announce a school closing
or late start or a business that wants to give callers a special notice.
Telemarketer Call Screening
This feature allows you to "screen calls" from
telemarketers. Before you hear your phone ring a message will announce that
you do not accept calls from telemarketers and instructs them to add you
to their own Do Not Call List*. If they are not a telemarketer, they simply
press a button to get through and the service remembers the number and they
never hear the message again. You can also call the service directly and
give them numbers to add to your personal blocked caller list.
*This will not add you to the federal Do Not Call registry, only to the
telemarketers own do not call list.
Originating Call Management 
This feature allows you to control the type of calls that
are placed from your phone and to restrict access to specific callers. Example:
You can restrict outgoing long distance calls. A PIN number allows you to
override the restriction so that calls normally blocked may be completed
on a per call basis.
